Fuko Ishii
She has studied chamber music under Tokyo Quartet, Keiko Mikami, Hamao Fujiwara, Tsuyoshi Tsutsumi, and Anthony Spiri, the Hammerklavier under Eduardo Torbeanelli, song accompaniment under Christoph Pregardien, and piano under Mitsuyo Ezaki, Nobuyoshi Kato, Genichiro Murakami, and Claudio Martinez-Mehner. She is currently planning concerts with a program centered on German music.
In recent years, he has performed at the Yokohama International Piano Concert, and will be returning to Japan permanently in 2024, when he is scheduled to perform a homecoming recital at Toppan Hall on June 21st.
She is scheduled to perform at the Lofoten International Chamber Music Festival in Norway, the Bergen Music Festival, etc. From 2024, she will be a part-time lecturer at Toho Gakuen School of Music, the Music Department of a co-ed high school for girls, and at the graduate school. She is an artist affiliated with Concert Imagine.
1991
Born in Kanagawa Prefecture, she studied at the music department of Toho Girls' High School, and graduated from Toho Gakuen College of Music, where she also completed her postgraduate studies.

1st place in the elementary school division of the 56th All Japan Student Music Competition National Tournament.

3rd place in category A at the 9th Ettlingen International Youth Piano Competition (Germany).

1st place in the 1st Toho Concerto Competition.
Won first place in the piano category at the 82nd Japan Music Competition.
He also received the Nomura Award, Iguchi Award, Kawai Award, and Miyake Award.

He performed Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto with the NHK Symphony Orchestra at the NHK Symphony Orchestra's "HOPE" concert.
Winner of the 1st Umezu Award.
Received the Yamato City Arts and Culture Future Award.
2015
In February, his performance of Akira Miyoshi's Piano Concerto with the Toho Gakuen University Orchestra conducted by Ryusuke Numajiri was broadcast on NHK's "Best of Classics" and was well received.
He went to Europe, where he studied at the University of Music in Cologne and completed his master's and performer's studies at the Basel Academy of Music with top honors.

In August, he performed Akira Miyoshi's Piano Concerto again at the Kyoto Symphony Orchestra's regular concert.
Received a scholarship from the Rohm Music Foundation.
